Activities of supervision works include:
Control of time schedule of works and follow up:
- continuously monitoring of building works schedule and compatibility of time schedule with contracted once
- coordination between designers and contractor
- assesment of all involved partees in order to fullfil all faces of project on agreed time
- daily meetings with contractor and subcontractor
- weekly reports to the client regarding work progress
Supervision works
- Continuously and on time follow up of quality of works and control if works are done in accordance with terms of building low, building standards and technical level of quality
- Control of quality of executed works that cannot be checked in later stages of building construction (works on the foundations, reinforcements, underground insulation, etc.)
- Approval and supervision of necessary design modifications
- Quality checking of building materials, installations, devices, machines and equipment installed into the building, accompanied by certificates and other documents proving their quality
- Assistance and control of all instalations and systems during the final testing process
- Quantity surveying of all works
- Followup of building diary
- Checking of monthly and final payment certificates
- Assistance in technical acceptance in all stages
- Assistance in handing over of building to the client
Project financial assesment
- Evaluation of additional building works and Contactror's offers
- Consulting services regarding disputable building issues
- Assistance in creating eventual changes and requests on behalf of Client
How supervision works are organised
Construction, mechanical and electrical engineers with Enginnering Chamber licenses
regularly and promptly follow the quality of works executed, checking whether terms regulated by the Building Law, technical standards and approved design are applied in all faces of project.
